For me the decision to volunteer was rooted in three ideas. I wanted to learn about environmental issues, to connect with people who are passionate about creating positive change in the community, and I wanted to move from thinking and saying to doing.
OEC recently received the second highest score as "one of the best nonprofits to work for" out of 100 organizations in Oregon. We were also distinguished as one the top green companies to work for in Oregon.
