Delores began taking care of children 15 years ago when she was a foster home caregiver. She also had a granddaughter to raise and wanted to be able to care for her full-time. This combination prompted her to start a full childcare center in the St. John’s neighborhood in Portland.
OEC was recently named the #17 best green company to work for in Oregon. We were also distinguished with being ranked #7 best non-profit to work for in Oregon (small organizations).
