Research Director

As research director for OEC Colin works to provide the best available information to staff and our partners.

Currently, his efforts focus on fostering innovation that leads to the design, manufacture and use of products that are inherently safer for people and the environment. His strategies emphasize collaboration with stakeholders from industry, public agencies and other NGOs. Colin also works to identify and understand best management practices for inventorying and reducing agricultural greenhouse gas emissions.

Prior to joining OEC, Colin was an environmental scientist focusing on pollutant fate and transport and risk assessment. He has a MURP from Portland State University and a B.S. in environmental sciences from the University of Arizona.
