Karen Roberti
Office Manager
Home grown here in Portland, Karen Roberti joined OEC as the Office Manager in September of 2008. Her lifelong commitment to the environment prompted her to seek out OEC to support the important work of creating a cleaner Oregon and healthier Oregonians.
Karen received her BS from Portland State University in Geography with a minor in Cartography, and after graduation worked for the Forest Service and Corps of Engineers in their burgeoning Automated Cartography units. She also worked for Nordstrom in the regional Human Resources and Learning and Development area as a Project Manager and Intern Program Manager.
She is a board member of Portland Community Media, a non-profit dedicated to providing community members the training and access to media, giving them the ability to share their voice and their message. She and her husband love to travel, and frequently travel by train, they also share their home with their beloved Schnauzer.
