OEC ranked among top 10 non-profits to work for in Oregon
OEC was ranked #9 overall in the “List of 100 Best Non-Profits to Work For in Oregon” by Oregon Business and was the only environmental organization to receive top 10 distinction in any category.
We don’t usually like to toot our own horn, but OEC received an impressive honor last night that we are proud enough to want to share. OEC was named #7 in the small organization category, and ranked #9 overall in Oregon Business magazine's “List of 100 Best Non-Profits to Work For in Oregon.” OEC was also the only environmental organization to receive Top 10 distinction in any category.
OEC is distinguished among more than 200 participating non-profit organizations. The ranking was determined by employee satisfaction and ratings of 60 workplace qualities in six categories: benefits and compensation; work environment; decision-making and trust; performance management; career development and learning; and sustainable practices.
OEC believes that empowering staff in a supportive and fair work environment is key to achieving results. We are honored to be recognized as one of the state’s leading non-profit organizations.
