Try incorporating a vegan meal into you routine and see how you like it. The trick is not to cut out foods, it’s to crowd out non-vegan foods with delicious foods you love.

Vegan eating is an easy way to reduce your global footprint while reducing your cholesterol.  Vegan eating is easier than ever thanks to a variety of blogs, cookbooks and vegan products on the market.  Try incorporating a vegan meal into you routine and see how you like it.  The trick is not to cut out foods, it’s to crowd out non-vegan foods with delicious foods you love.  And don’t worry, in a typical vegan meal you’ll get plenty of protein.
