You’re invited to attend a workshop focused on developing direct markets between local producers, restaurants, institutional food buyers and other end users. During the workshop we will have a local food lunch and tables where producers can display their goods, or images of their goods, to food purchasers. We’ll also have sessions for people to discuss the challenges of producing in Central Oregon, how to market and sell products, distribution options, and networking opportunities.
