Come celebrate Earth Day with Oregon Environmental Council: Spend Earth Day outside with your community working on a local garden, whose harvest will be donated to Northwest Portland Ministries, a food bank here in Portland. There will be refreshments, good music, good people, and a chance to talk and learn about organic gardening. Join us from 10am-3pm at 8634 NE Glisan (at 87th) on Saturday, April 23rd, and be sure to bring some gardening gloves, work clothes, friends, and water.
