So, how to be eco-healthy? Here are some quick eco-healthy tips that includes tips on selecting smarter plastics and ways to reduce your own exposure to toxics.

There are some great resources out there for you. The Children's Environmental Health Coalition sends out monthly emails timed to your baby's development that are designed to help you learn about simple steps you can take to minimize risks to your baby. Also, here are some other great eco-healthy parenting organizations and resources.
