2010 Cutting Carbs Workshop in Bend
On November 12, 2010, an audience of about 40 Central Oregon transportation professionals and other interested parties gathered at the Bend Community Room of the Parks & Recreation District Office to explore ways to reduce transportation-related GHG emissions.
